World standard research and service infrastructure was introduced at the University of Miskolc

29. August 2019.

Four, not only nationally, but internationally unique equipment has started its operation in the 3D laboratory recently which is a newly established lab environment at the University of Miskolc.

The 3D laboratory with its highly qualified team is able to provide complex answers to questions related to the spatial structure (3D) of materials, regardless of whether the materials are metal, layered, organic or composite materials.

The lab is the result of a two and a half year long project and its implementation had a key role in the cooperation formed in the spring of 2019 between the University of Miskolc and the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), which is based in Genf.

You can find the press material of the event HERE and the publication about the developments can be found HERE (both in Hungarian).
