Practical information

After the personal registration at the SH assistant's office, the following documents must be submitted via email to your SH assistant:

-  your Hungarian phone number
-  your bank account number
- the name of the bank
-   the scan of the accommodation reporting sheet / szállásbejelentő
-  the scan of your residence permit (both sides!)
-  your TAX ID number

Without these data / documents, your stipend cannot be transferred and I cannot start to prepare your TAJ card (public health insurance) application.

Private health insurance can be used only after you have already signed the insurance contract at the personal registration at the IRO office. Please check out the document attached about the information how to use the private health insurance, what it covers etc.

Public health insurance (TAJ card) is needed when you have to visit the doctor, residing in the Hostel E/4.
We can start the application ONLY after you have sent the IRO the following documents:
- residence permit (both sides)
- accommodation reporting sheet / "szállásigazolás"

Please be informed that you always have to take your mentor with you when you go to the doctor.
