Huawei sponsors ME student’s trip to China

Henrietta Hegedűs, an undergraduate student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Informatics, took part in a study trip to China from 5-20 May. The trip was sponsored by Huawei in its SEEDS for the future” programme, which sends 10 students and a teacher to China, where they and participants from other countries are shown cutting-edge telecommunications and information technologies.

Engineering students and teachers from around the country applied for the visit to Beijing and Shenzhen. This year, like last, an ME student won one of the places.

Huawei Technologies is one of the world’s largest and most dynamically developing IT firms, and it places great emphasis on further development of its Hungarian subsidiary.
