LIFE AND PROFESSION CONFIRM THE SUCCESS OF OUR SPECIAL NEEDS EDUCATION PROGRAMME

The University of Miskolc hosted a prestigious national event on special needs education. Under the motto "Together we are strong", the Hungarian Association of Special Educators celebrated half a century of its existence.

The professional day of the multi-day conference was held on the UM campus, where visitors could choose from the programmes of the eleven sections of the Hungarian Association of Special Needs Teachers. Among the topics addressed were a complex programme on the inclusion of children with autism, adapted fiction in simplified language, the situation of people with disabilities in the world of work, and visually impaired women and motherhood.
