COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH BAY ZOLTÁN NETWORK

The University of Miskolc and the Bay Zoltán National Research Institute Network have entered into a cooperation agreement to improve the competitiveness of the national economy and to strengthen the innovation processes of regional and domestic industry.

The University of Miskolc is the first contractual cooperation partner of the Bay Zoltán National Research Institute Network, established in the autumn of 2021. In order to effectively promote innovation and R&D-related aspects, the university and the network of research institutes not only organise traineeship programmes and dual training, coordinate future infrastructure investments and provide mutual use of laboratories, but also agree to carry out joint research and development assignments and projects. Energy security, energy systems development, the development of alternative energy vehicle powertrains and carbon emission reduction technologies for energy-intensive industries are key areas of their joint efforts.
