FRUITFUL PROFESSIONAL LINKS ACROSS BORDERS AT THE CENTRAL EUROPEAN ACADEMY

The Central European Academy organised its first scientific conference. The event also marked the opening of the institution's newly inaugurated centre.

Judit Varga, Minister of Justice and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Universitas Miskolcinensis Foundation, which maintains UM, stressed that the research and training activities of the Central European Academy, which was established within the university, have resulted in close cross-border cooperation, fruitful professional relations and publications that have filled a gap, thus enriching comparative law. She added that she hoped that all participants attending the conference would be able to add to their existing knowledge and skills, which they would be able to use in their professional work, research and practice when they return home.
