Zemplén Trip

"On 15 October, I had a great day in Sárospatak. I visited the Castle of Sárospatak, Sárospataki Rákóczi-vár, I was surprised by the landscape on the top of the castle and its wonderful small windows where landscapes were shown as if they were paintings.

Then I loved knowing a magic town called Tokaj, the wine region. I toured the town while trying the best Tokaj wine ice cream. But the best part of the trip was about to start at the Prés Wine Bar and Store, a warm cellar where I tested 5 types of wine, I was definitely in love with semi-sweet white wine. I enjoyed the night with new friends dancing and laughing in the cellar. This trip would not have been possible without the help and guidance of the mentors from ESN and SHMN, and of course, the Directorate for International Relations. I hope to continue getting to know Hungary and its culture."
