Special light painting for the national holiday 

Lights shone on the façade of the Music Palace on the evening of 19 August: the University of Miskolc this year held a special performance in honour of the memory of King Saint Stephen, the founder of the State, and the celebration of the new bread. 

The first new arrivals in the dormitories 

This year, a total of 1,400 students applied to the University of Miskolc's dormitories, and following the announcement of the point thresholds, more than 300 first-year students are now looking to become dormitory students. The first students will move in from 31 August.  

Unforgettable experiences at the freshers' camp 

A laser fight, a visit to the Ancestral Cave, a cooking competition, a fun day - among many other things, this was on offer at Freshman’s Camp 2022. More than 550 freshmen took over the Miskolc campus for four days before returning for this year's opening ceremony on 5 September.
