The past of music education in Miskolc 

The concert of the students of the Bartók Béla Faculty of Music paid tribute to Miskolc's century-long musical past on the occasion of the World Music Day in the Music Palace. The evening was also attended by students from the Bartók Béla Music and Dance Secondary School of Miskolc, the faculty's regional school for post-graduate education. 

UM and Sunway University seek common paths 

Strengthening intercultural relations, facilitating student and faculty mobility, and exploring common research topics are among the goals of a cooperation agreement between the University of Miskolc and Sunway University in Malaysia. 

Scholarship from UM foundation 

Fifty-eight students have been awarded scholarships by the Universitas Miskolcinensis Foundation, which supports the University of Miskolc. The grant will provide HUF 50,000 per month for ten months to the winning students. 

International Halloween party 

The internationalisation process of the University of Miskolc is based on the internationalisation of its student population, which is growing year by year. This multicultural approach makes it possible to organise celebrations and events that are far from Hungarian culture. One of these days is Halloween, which was celebrated on campus with a playful party. 

Pink Walk 

Hundreds of people took part in the University of Miskolc's Pink Walk to raise awareness about the importance of cancer screening, prevention and health awareness. The Faculty of Health Sciences organised the 'Stop Breast Cancer' Pink Walk on campus.
