Recycled fashion on the ballroom stage 

Sustainability can be achieved in almost every aspect of life. At tUM’s 2022 Freshers' Ball, a fashion show using recycled versions of old clothes reminded young people that they can have a unique style by "recycling" the fashion of yesteryear. 

University Christmas kicks off with fundraising 

This year, UM welcomed the Advent season with decorated pine trees symbolizing the faculties. In parallel with the Christmas preparations, a fundraising campaign was launched, in which the university citizens could support the needy through the charitable activities of the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service and the Tisza Inner Reformed Church District. 

Another step towards sustainability 

The University of Miskolc has launched a selective waste collection programme. The Faculty of Earth Sciences and MiReHu NKft. are counting on the environmentally conscious cooperation of university citizens to successfully implement the pilot project.
