THE UNIVERSITY OF MISKOLC SHOWED THE WAY AT THE EDUCATIO EXHIBITION
On Saturday, the last day of the Educatio International Education Exhibition, thousands of high school graduates visited the stand of the University of Miskolc. The organisers will take stock of the three days of the exhibition only later, but the outstanding interest in UM's courses was clearly noticeable.
UM presented the broadest and most colourful range of courses offered in the region of Northern Hungary at the Educatio exhibition, which showcased the range of higher education in Hungary. Thousands of presentations showing the courses available at the university's faculties attracted visitors from almost all parts of the country: from the Danube region, through the Great Plain, to Eastern Hungary.
According to the most authentic sources of information, students and teachers at the stand, visitors were interested in all types of programmes from the faculties of engineering, economics, law, music, arts and health. More than once, high school students queued in long lines to get their questions answered. Among other things, they asked about what student life is like in Miskolc.
"The University of Miskolc offers a chance-generating admission policy for applicants," said Zoltán Ádám, Director of Education and Quality Assurance at UM, on the opening day of Educatio.
