Uni Terrace, again. Once more Uni Terrace offered a colourful programme. The university was at the Miskolc Spritzer Festival. It was proved that the univesity is a campus of community and knowledge. Next to the faculties, Elvis of Miskolc, who recently set a world record at the university, performed. The programmes also included a lecture on ancient wine law and a guitar concert.

Happy birthday, Atom! The future guide dog who will soon be leaving campus, grew up in front of the students and staff of the University of Miskolc. After his training, the guide dog will be a visually impaired person’s helper in everyday life.

Salamander. Many of the graduation songs come from the school founded in 1735 in Selmecbanya, the first in the world to teach higher-level mining and metallurgy. Following the Selmec traditions, the graduates of the university say goodbye to Miskolc with an evening torchlight walk from the Town Hall. This year it is going to take place on Wednesday 28 June from 8.30 pm.
