CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY - 1 YEAR OLD 1 MIN UM!

Last August, the 1 Minute UM digital newsletter was launched at the University of Miskolc (UM). The staff of the institution celebrated the birthday together.

The short videos were launched by the University of Miskolc with the aim of making visible to the outside world and to colleagues, week by week, the major events taking place at the institution, the achievements of staff, researchers and students, and the corporate relations and international projects of the campus.

In the last year, a total of 90 one-minute videos have been produced in Hungarian and in English for foreign students and staff working at the university. Each video covers three to four topics each week. The one-minute digital newsletters are also available on the University of Miskolc's YouTube channel and social media platforms, but staff can also receive information by email and can be seen on large displays throughout the institution. In the past year, the news videos have been viewed by 60,000 people.
