The night line number 900 has also been restarted, which connects to the last train arriving from Budapest at 00:26 at the 'Tiszai pályaudvar' (Tiszai Railway Station). Line 900 departs from the 'Szondi György utca' (Szondi György street) terminus every day at 00:40 and continues from 'Villanyrendőr' at 00:50. With this bus, you can not only get home to the University dormitories, but you can also travel with it from 'Egyetemváros' (University City) to the city center as the bus departs from the Egyetemi kollégiumok (University dormitories) stop at 01:11 and continues through Hejőcsaba district and 'Villanyrendőr' towards 'Szondi György utca' (Szondi György street).

Line 22 "will not disappear, it will only be transformed": in the future, number 22 buses will only run during major university events (e.g. Miskolc University Days, Researchers' Night).

Line 29 has been extended. Bus 29 goes from 'Avas kilátó' (Avas Lookout Tower), through Hideg sor, Szent Anna tér (Szent Anna Square) and Győri kapu district to Újgyőr főtér (Újgyőr Main Square). In this way the line 29 has been turned into a circular service route.

In the opposite direction of line 29 the buses with the number 39 are in service. They go through the route in reverse order from Újgyőr főtér (Újgyőr Main Square) – Hideg sor – Avas kilátó (Avas Lookout Tower) – Avas városközpont (Avas City Centre) – Vargahegy – Újgyőr főtér (Újgyőr Main Square).

Thanks to the circular route Újgyőri főtér (Újgyőr Main Square) can be reached from Avas in both directions. If you are at Avas take advantage of this benefit it is advised to check the schedule for the buses in both directions.

In the early morning and in the evening, some 29 buses – marked 29A – run only to the Avas kilátó (Avas Lookout Tower) end stop, and some 39 buses only run from there.

Egyetemváros (University City) terminus, the stop at the main building, is still only served by line 29 and 39 indicated in the timetable. To travel from Avas to the University, you should choose line 39, while to travel from the University to the Avas, you should choose line 29.
