Building a career at Bosch. The Robert Bosch Power Tool Ltd. and the University of Miskolc continue to strengthen their training cooperation. Participation in Bosch's apprenticeship programme becomes a credit course, and students can also take the course as a subject - these are just two of the areas covered by the cooperation.

Donation campaign. The University of Miskolc will be collecting for the Lorántffy Zsuzsanna Reformed Mothers' Home until 17 December. This was announced at the lighting of the first advent candle by the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Zita Horváth. The home is also a temporary home for families, so donations are expected mainly in the form of hygenic products, toys, baby care products and children's clothes.

Maps from the past. An exhibition of maps from the collection of the 150-year-old Hungarian Geographical Society opened at the University of Miskolc. The exhibition "Time travel with maps" is open until 22 December in the columned hall on the ground floor of the main building of the University of Miskolc.
